'Addiction' by Higashiyama Show (no drugs)

Here's one I had nothing to do with. Big beautiful forty page story, basically two distinct chapters but w/e; translated by Uglicus and edited by Altereggo. You may have read this one a while back when Sayo translated those so-so, heavily censored magazine scans but this is a great read easily worth a second look.

Anyway plotwise first half sees our heroine enjoying some public private time that's not so strictly private. Then in the second half she deals with her secret being possibly revealed maybe? She's got the cutest fucking glasses, unfortunately she only wears 'em a couple pages.

This whole tank is full of interconnected stories; one girl in particular very well connected indeed. Blurk recently translated her chapter, 'The Three Question Marks', and I believe he and Altereggo plan to do the whole book. Here our hero finds himself living with none other than his high school crush, sounds pretty great, eh? Only problem is she's married to his father. Woe! Despair and woe. Still, someone's gotta get laid.

This story is a bit more loli than it may look at first, and much less incest/adultery than you may have been lead to believe. In fact there is none of that at all so be sure to check it out if that's not your thing. Very good stuff indeed.

Myself I cannot even imagine having much editing time anymore. Lately I've also been pretty de-motivated for assorted dumb reasons, and last week was just about ready to throw in the towel. Now it seems, maybe, finally, things could be opening up a bit again. Perhaps. I don't know.
Whatever happens I still got that stack of stories I'm determined to see done right one way or another, there's just no timeline at all anymore to fall behind.

'Petit Devil' by Yui Haga (Content!)

Here's a quick one that took a very long time. Totally worth it?
Only a brief four pages, not much sex to fit in there but there are some hands doing stuff where they're not supposed to be.

I took the unorthodox measure of including the raw files in the release, they're not even a meg in size so I don't think you'll mind. Just don't get your hopes up when you see nine files, the story is only four.
Serious, if I went too hard on it or fucked something up let me know. All I can see now is what I didn't do...

I wasn't planning to, but on impulse I started watching that Astarotte's Toy. Rather like it. So far for the most part it's much more innocent and cutesy than the premise, and the lengthy bathing scene that sets up said premise, had led me to believe. Also good holy fuck her mom's hot.

Do you, like me, primarily know Yui Haga from his dirty dirty Nippon Ichi fan works? If so read more for something freaky (good freaky).

'Marshmallow Fiancée' by Equal, translated by Yoroshii

Man, I love this one.
First half of the tank is the titular story, and it is just cute as fuck. Young but generously endowed girl wants to marry older guy, but he wants to wait until she graduates and doesn't want to have premaritals (or doesn't he?)
So she kinda has sex with a bunch of guys. For his benefit though, mostly. And she is unquestionably loyal and loving to him throughout. Happy stuff, kinda awkward. So fucking cute.

Other chapters are good stuff, too. Public sex, teacher sex, lucky sex.
One chapter is incredibly dirty; where the girl is having sex in front of her younger sister as she draws them for her homework. Yeah. Most of the tank's girls are only remotely loli, though the little sister here is quite little she's mostly a spectator.
The setup to the second-last chapter is pretty sad, and though the end wasn't quite as... explicitly happy as I'd hoped it's alright. That whole premise may make some uncomfortable. All I got to say is he damn well better pay for her high schooling.
Then for a grand finale we get some lolier Aiko!

Another awesome story Yoroshii did recently is LEE's 'Small Satan Lewdness', shame it's only two chapters. But oh, them two chapters!
Step siblings in love who can only get alone time at school, where he is also her teacher. And then some yuri happens. Girls are taller than LEE usually draws them, which I liked.

Then today he posted a Naoshi Onizuka, which I haven't read yet but Naoshi Onizuka...

Mother's Day! I don't know if any of you mothers are mothers but if you are an extra special happy to you and you may not care for the following few posts.
For since the blog has been so slow lately I've decided to use this as an excuse to plug a few of my old favorites, three milfesque stories to be exact. And you can be sure these ladies are genuine mothers courtesy their daughters who appear alongside them! Yeah, that's kinda fucked up, but that's as fucked up as I get and I do love it so ♥.
They're not really doing much of anything to each other in any of these stories, but they all happen to be okay with sharing the same guy. Simultaneously. Anyway:

'Touring 1&2' from 'Boshi-Kan' by Papiko Hiura, translated by Tonigobe

Our hero is injured after narrowly avoiding a collision with a cute pedestrian, and soon finds himself in said pedestrian's mother's care. They get wet, things get hot, and then he doesn't quite manage to avoid the cute pedestrian a second time (with his semen, lol).

This two-chapter tale is really heavy on the mother/daughter fetish; again, they don't do anything, but there is a lot of playful competition. Some mild bondage, nothing near as extreme as the tank cover may suggest. Very misleading cover, that...

The rest of the tank is pretty good stuff; third chapter features another mother and daughter pair, and most of the rest of the book follows the loli/not trend.

This very story introduced me not only to a weird-ass fetish, but also to veteran translator Tonigobe, and I've been a huge fan of both in the few long internet-years since!

Lazy Holiday Special Pt.2 - Really, but not too really

'Shiki's Diary' from 'Nowasure' by Shiwasu no Okina, translated by Tadanohito (registration required, single chapter re-hosted here).

This story contains another important sort of mother, the step mother. Why, without step mothers how would you have pseudo incestual stories like this one?

Calling this a milfesque story, however, is grossly misleading. There is a brief scene at the end with pseudo milf/step son/step daughter taking a bath together, but the bulk of the story is just one man walking orgy. Many encounters don't even make it to the page. It's breathtaking, handily my favourite SNO story.

Most of the rest of that tank is similarly, if not quite as, fantastic stuff; though the first few chapters tragically involve a nice lesbian couple going futa.

Btw: Nurses, ehh. Teachers, kinda hot. School nurses, love goddesses?

Lazy Holiday Special Pt.3 - Lost focus

'The Minami Family Bitches' from 'The Cherry Boys' by Rio Yanagawa, translated by sirC

Oh, this one's dirty. Only the basic framework of a plot; shota-dude's staying with his aunt, who lives with her sister and daughter, and they just decide to never let him wear pants.

Does contain some guy-butt prodding/licking, and a one line suggestion of less-cool incest but I can ignore that. The daughter is on top of the mom at one point here, but it doesn't get any more explicit than the thumbnail depicts.

Yanagawa is, I think, my favourite artist. This tank is all-around pretty superb; entirely comprised of shotas being pitied/taken advantage of by crazy hot older women, there is something icky here or there but I loves it just the same.

Make sure you also check out 'Big Breasted Bespectacled Teacher Delicious and Uncoordinated' at least, who is just disgustingly adorable ohmigawd.
Those guys do kindasorta rape her while she's semi-consciosus and totally into it but it's all good, so good.

Shit, any of you guys watching this? Fucking love this show. If you'd have told me last year I'd fall in love with a flash-animated cartoon based on a French MMO I'd have said something nasty about your mother but here we are.
Just getting caught up on the second season (pic above is from the first, obviously) last day or two. Goddamn that masked cock needs to die, eh? It's like they're treating him as a love interest for Evangeline, except he's not trying to fuck her but murder her, repeatedly. WTF?

Also if that pig they ate that turned out to be a dude was half cat to start with, does that make it not so bad?

Anyway read more for status and a rough to-do list.

'More Than Lovers' is done, far as I know. Haven't heard back from Uglicus or Melancholy yet, though I've used the time since to apply another layer of what I hope to be polish. Will start in on the next story tonight or tomorrow.

Know I've been working awful slow lately, and I know I've said it would be getting better before, also for every time I said that there were two other times I held back.
But I really think I'm good now. My current situation is not quite as comfortable as it once was, but as far as editing goes I may be better off. Couple minor hardware/software upgrades that may pay off at some point in the future...

Hayama Kotono hasn't been feeling well, so I volunteered to edit a story for him. Seems they might have more permanent help now so they may not need me, I dunno, but if they have something for me whatever that is will become my top priority.

Anyway, current to-do list is as follows, suggestions welcome:

Tenth Anniversary 'Blurk/Kanyapie Blowout' Spectacular?
Here we have a couple reasonably awesome stories I've read over the past few months. Probably would have brought this one up sooner, but I don't much like that particular website the stories were pointing me to... I don't recommend that website, no. I'm sure they're perfectly nice guys, just fucked in the head or shit. Sorry, flyguys.
Anyway. Blurk's recently started his own blog, and I have been following that one. Good stuff there, let's start with:

'She's a Little Devil' by Kanyapie, translated by Blurk.

Aw yes. Here's the tale of a young model and her most devoted fan (may/may not be her brother, choose to go with 'not' myself). It would seem she's learned a few things through this modelling gig, but just how much does she know?

The girl here looks a bit young, to me, art is otherwise superb (this sentence is highly subjective, I know).

In the first book, we find a girl (some of you may know her as Erika I guess) desperately trying to bum some money to buy her friend a present. Finding no sympathy, she hops on the interweb and secures a buyer for her panties. When she goes to make the delivery some stuff happens, as it does.

Second book, not sure if it's a continuation or if so if it's the same faceless guy (or if so if he's still paying :D). Either way, their relationship is going quite well at this point and she suggests they try a 'pair look'. Which means they dress alike. Strongly suggest you check that out, it's a spectacle, man.

I could list a couple more great stories from Blurk's blog, but this post is really long enough as it is and without any proper new content, I know. Maybe something or two un-loli, like that Shiwasu no Okina 'Panty' doujin I still haven't made it all the way through.

Got the text done for 'White Day', and Uglicus's all clear. About halfway through the cleanup, do not remember the previous chapter taking so much time... My workload might be letting up soon, but... today I woke up rather sick. Nothing serious, I'm sure, but (gross ►) it's coming out both ends and it is blood (◄ disturbing and exaggerated). Anyway I'm not 100% there (in the head) tonight, probably should get some more rest.

'Hitomi's Secret' ('Shinkon Shimai' ch7) by Haru Wamusato, translated by Tonigobe

Here's another Haru Wamusato story that had me fucking rolling in a few places. Not quite as often as 'Gaman Dekinai', but it is much more romantic and contains a particular sex act I've never seen before (oh, I've seen/done some things similar but nothing like this).
Basic story is that of a young couple about to take their relationship to the next level. And then another. And maybe another...

Pretty straightforward story, basically. Nothing I would want to warn you of, that'd just spoil it. Dude looks kinda shota, and also a bit lolilol.

As for the rest of 'Shinkon Shimai', Tonigobe's still finishing up the last few chapters but so far they're all pretty good stuff. That main 'Shinkon Shimai' story is of the always lovely sisters-harem-type; though all three are looking to get knock'ed up, after the initial preparations they do skip right over the rest of that whole... process.

After that, I've got a couple stories typeset by a few of our gracious readers to clean up (the two in most need of a good scrub), and more on the way. I aught to have something this time next week.

'Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White' by Higashiyama Show

It's finally here! With super-special thanks to deutschen Übersetzer Tsaryu, der Chiki Yuetsu, the super-awesome 'Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White'! It's got action! Suspense! Romance! Butt cum! Check her out there, you know she's up to something sneaky and you just gotta find out what.

Latter half of this story is exceptionally butt-focused.
There is a clear element of infidelity, but mutual? How does that work... Unanimous satisfaction in the end.
The yuri is brief, but powerful. I was moved.
Un-censored, since it was barely there anyway. Never more than one transparent bar to any single page.

So wtf took so long? All the usual distractions, plus a couple new and interesting ones (not interesting to read about). Read more for a bit of rambling about that, but I don't recommend it.

I actually started in on this one over my Christmas 'break', got some stuff done then and just had to pick it back up after finishing Anipyu!. Well aware of all those translations still waiting on me; stories incomplete, a tank yet to be finished. It was such a bad idea to start this one, especially considering how long it took...

Spent quite a bit of time looking up Hiraganas, and a couple Katakanas, on the wikipedia. The process did get noticeably faster the more I did, but I will probably leave all that to Uglicus in the future. He could probably knock out a full story or two in the time it took me to do the 'aahh's and such (the 'ah's, 'あ's, at least, I did know going in).

The editing wasn't especially difficult, but I did put some more time into it. Had been thinking I could replace more sound effects (instead of just pasting over them), looked up some new fonts, came up with some new tricks. Every project is a learning experience, so if I spend way too fucking long on one it's still a boon to the others, right? Right?

Favouritism? Naw. But effort seems to have a way of snowballing. Do one extra thing, might as well do another. And yeah, why not that too... In this instance, things kinda did get out of hand.

Wednesday Updates: Response has been far greater than I anticipated; I expected one or two replies after a couple weeks. Do believe we were overwhelmed and underprepared; maybe we should finish up with the volunteer's current projects, take some time to get some shit together, then have another editin' drive?

Current Volunteers: I'll post a few more corrections to the instructions below now (saving and the text ordering illustration), and whenever necessary. Please leave a message if I've not sent you something to work on, or if you want another story instead. I am awful at organization, and awful sorry if I've forgotten you.

Oh, I won't ask for help, naw. But if you want to pitch in, you can do that. Whether you're a complete newb wanting to try your hand at editing, or a hardened vet with nothing better to do, or if you just really want to see one of those poor neglected stories get done faster, leave a comment, lemmie know.
I'd be here if you've got questions, or if you just want me to do the hard stuff. Maybe I could write up some sort of guide or shit, perhaps give fence sitters an idea of what's involved/open my process to scrutiny and ridicule? Is that a thing I should do? Honest, got an outline in my head already...

And I've just now come up with some requests for your submitted work. Applies mostly to those only doing the typesetting, but I think this is the best way to send all the quality while keeping your upload time to a minimum. And it's illustrated!
Wednesday Update: Turns out I can open .psd files with the gimp, though they may be losing font outlines, perhaps other issues may arise... Still, that would be preferable to .png. And it never occurred to me that anyone else might be using gimp, but .xcf would be ideal. Again, you can strip out the original image layer to save space if you want to. So:

Use plain white to mask the original text.
Delete original image layer!
Save as .psd (photoshoop)/.xcf (gimp)
I fix it.

This is assuming I'm cleaning the image after you're done with it, of course (any .jpgs, I need to clean). No problem if you want to leave me all the SFXs, or any difficult stuff like:

Important Wed. Addition!: In the above example, if there were SFX translations they would follow the same rules, appearing between lines of dialogue like so: Lines 1, 2, sfx, 3, sfx, sfx, 4, 5, 6, 7.

Since the translation text files have been written for me, who's quite familiar with their format, Uglicus has provided some notes:

1. Text in the file corresponds to columns of items in comic panels like so (see right). Note that this rule means ordering in the script has nothing to do with the order things should be read in on the comic page. The point is to make it clear where things go without making you read any Japanese.

2. Sound effects are accompanied by kana so you will know where to place them. "squeeze きゅっ" should be on a single line in the text file.
If you see the line "squeeze きゅっ" in the text file, you should look for "きゅっ" on the page, and then put "squeeze" on top of it. If you are only typesetting you should be able to ignore lines with kana on them in most cases (rule three being one exception).
Sat. Edit; Note: Multiple Sfxs may be listed as 'slich (each ぬる)' or such; Uglicus has assured me not every single one has to be added (see Anipyu!, where I didn't listen).

3. Sound effects in bubbles are usually not accompanied by kana. For clarity I sometimes type bubbled sound effects in parentheses like so: "squeeze (きゅっ)". That way they look different from the loose sound effects that are more common. Sometimes I forget the parentheses, though. Watch for that.

4. I try to note when I am skipping bubbles. I may also note when I am skipping sound effects.

Wednesday Addition!: Tranny Mask Layer!: Even after following the above rules for months, shit gets tricky.
A thing I like to do is keep my masking layer transparent. First, you should be using a separate layer to white-out the Japanese text anyway; if you're dealing with really messy scans or transparent bubbles a copy of the image layer'll do too (or you can just stick to white and leave all that to me :D). I dial this mask layer down to 70~80% opacity while I'm putting the text in, see pic (and pic above for an incidental example). This way, even if you don't know any Japanese you can keep an eye on the punctuation, sentence length, or repeating characters for reference. I'm slowly learning a few hiraganas that way, which is also a great help for those onomatopoeic gasps and moans.
Remember sometimes stuff gets changed around in the translation, of course, but I find this much more often useful than not.

Beyond that, a transparent mask layer'll let you keep an eye on the original fonts and sizes, letting you mimic them as you please. Crazy fun!
When I'm done a page, I roll the opacity back to 100%, and give things a look over before saving. It's also important to see how the text looks on it's own, and following the original too closely can be detrimental (I should look up some examples of this).

I am super tired right now, hope I did not mangle all that or something. I did just remember a dirty little secret about Uglicus's translations; I've never pointed this out to him in hopes of sparing him the shame, but you guys must know the truth: Sometimes he uses two spaces instead of one. Like this sorta thing. Like ' ' instead of just ' '. That can throw off your text a bit, so what I do is ctrl+h ' ' for ' ', every time, first thing.
Never breath a word of that to him. If I get the next script and find that's been corrected, I'll know I can never trust any of you guys again. I'm serious, you guys. Super Tires.

'Hight? X Hight' by Kamino Ryu-Ya, translated by Rande who doesn't have a website, and usually translates foota stuff anyway I guess?

Uglicus introduced me to Kamino Ryu-Ya a few weeks back, and aw man, she's pretty awesome (and pretty cute, yeah it matters maybe).
This tank, the only one completely translated that I'm aware of, is loaded with cute kinky mostly romantic stories of drunken neighbours, blackmailing teachers, ex-girlfriends, and girlfriends' girlfriends who want a show. Two stories of unrequited love on the other side of the wall; one a generous three chapters, another (sadly single chapter) featuring psychically linked twins. Yes, automatic threesome. That one's my favourite, I think.

Them boobies. Oh wow. Their eyes, of course, melt your heart but if them boobies do nothing for you lolicoms there's no hope for yeh.

There weren't any chapters I didn't like. There is the incest, yeah... Some stuff doesn't look as consensual as it turns out it is. Devout monogamists may take issue with one or two chapters, though it's even less of an issue here than last time.

After you enjoy the fuck out of 'Hight? X Hight', keep an eye out for 'Mosaic Sanshimai'. This one looks to be one of my all-time favourites. There are two guys now translating it or something (I haven't finished the first guy's stuff yet), and the magazine scans they started with are pretty bad... I'm trying to wait for a re-edit. Trying.

So the Kamino Ryu-Ya story Uglicus translated looks pretty damned awesome itself. However...
I did find some magazine scans of the story, but they are of pretty poor quality too. If any you guys can provide a nice scan of this story (from 'Ecchi Kanji'/'Lewd Feeling') I will put it in whatever queue position you like best.

The 'Ecchi Kanji' tank scans we have are about 30MB, total, whole tank. There are a bunch of 100MB files out there that were either filled with unrelated bitmaps or just these same shitty scans blown the fuck up. If whoever did this happens to be reading, sorry but fuck you, buddy. You are welcome to explain yourself, but wtf?

Was thinking, maybe we could take up a collection, commission a guy to scan it... The thought of nice, big, clean .pngs makes me weak in the spine... I have no fucking clue what people charge for that, beyond ten bucks to amazon. He's got a few valid reasons/excuses to go awol if he so desires, probably busy with school or a busted internet, I 'aint too worried yet though I am a worrier by nature... I could start the next project on my own, though I'll be mostly gone for the next week or two myself.

Likeways, pretty silly to get sentimental over not even a year of editing dirty manga, but I'm pulling it off. Been crazy fun, and only a bit of a pain in the ass.

Think my favourite story of the year was 'Census' by Satsuki Itsuka. Though I felt kinda bad the one I suggested Uglicus translate turned out to be kinda hard, I guess, and it briefly contained my biggest fuck-up yet. I am also unreasonably proud of the Saturday Night Live reference on the comment page. That was their best episode in years...

And then the funnest to work on was that Railgun doujin, even though it took six months to finish and apparently led to rumours of my death. Nice clean .pngs. Not to mention it prompted Uglicus to recommend me that kick-ass anime, and I guess it's parent anime which it has been quite hard to go back to...

'Animal Ear Hot Springs' by LEE, translations and re-edit by Yoroshii/chapters 1-6 translated by Sayo, as commissioned by Intrepid Giraffe Project

I don't like animals ears. Don't like furry tails. The girls are drawn a bit too loli for my taste. But oh, I love this story.
Guy goes to a random hot spring on his vacation, runs into some very friendly girls who turn out to be a fox and a tanuki (spoilered in case you haven't read the title or looked at any pages besides the very first). The plot is pretty silly, and so very goddamn cute.

Now, if you're not familiar with LEE, these girls do look rather young (despite Miku's best efforts). Don't believe they're intended to be younger than the average loli, it's more just that art style. Not to mention so very goddamn cute, they totally win me over. And then chapter five comes along...
Besides that, there's just the whole 'they're actually animals' thing but they're only drawn like that on the inside flap, two panels. And I guess there's a lot of attention paid to their ears, and tails... I remember one tailjob, at least.

The second story, of two chapters, has probably the least-loli girl I've seen LEE draw. There's still a kinda big catch, as it seems she's, well... She does seem pretty upbeat regarding the predicament. So that's, uh, yeah...

There's a few one-shots after that. More 'kemomimi', infectious this time (I am immune). Intruding on a neighbour and teddy-face humping (yes). Then a re-edit of 'Adult Kiss', which is about kissing, and sees the background loli-mama getting just a little bit of action (see left).

Great tank, all things considered, I think. Not much my kind of thing but I loved it.

Oh my God. Just watched the Venture Brothers S4 finale; know I'm late but I don't think season four has even started airing in Canada yet but anyway, oh my God.
You guys been watching Venture Brothers? Damn good show when they can get around to making it. It's always been great, starting off as a silly parody of kids' adventure shows, but over the years (eight years, for four seasons) they've progressed so much. Drama and romance and all that shit.

Season four, which started over a year ago (wtf Canadian TV?), knocks it outta the park (this is lame but I'm going somewhere with it). Certain events of S3 have had some far reaching effects; most of your beloved characters find themselves struggling to adapt, some are forced to finally grow up (Yes). Just as it is for any child forced to grow up over the span of one year it's been a painful, terrifying, beautiful experience.

And now here is the one-hour season finale, featuring the Venture Brothers' home-school prom. Knocks the park off the fucking map (worth it?).
I cried. Yeah. Joy and sorrow and giddy disgust. Handily toping the previous finales, it was clearly intended as a potential series end (and an end it is for some?).
Heartwarming gay romance (the hetero hookups mostly don't end well). Espionagical intrigue. The most tactically devastating use of '90s Britpop I've ever seen. Rusty Ventures out the ass, all around! And in the end, the power of love conquers all in a way no one needed to see.

It would be unreasonable to expect any future episode to approach this level, but fuck that. I'm feeling some Treister-level optimism. DO IT!

I fucking hate cigarettes, always have. When I was a kid this 'not hot boxing while children were present' fad hadn't quite caught on yet. I'm no health nut, nor a judgmental prick. I don't hate smokers. I'm sure there was a perfectly good reason you chose to pick up an expensive, smelly, addictive habit with a reputation for leading to a slow painful death and I'm sure that all the popular kids in high school honestly though you were cool for doing so (okay, that's pretty judgmental prick but I'm getting to my point). I certainly wasn't always pissy to the degree that a cartoon smoking would personally offend me.

A very special person came into my life. This person is the worst human being I have ever encountered (I know I've been lucky to not encounter anyone truly evil, but even if someone murdered my entire family and then fed them to dogs they likely wouldn't be so annoying), and embodies all the worst characteristics of a smoker (and a few other things I'll try to avoid mentioning). Big rattling coughs all over whatever happens to be around. Wheezing laboured breathing audible two rooms away. This person does stomp outside to smoke, every half hour, but drags back in so much smoke I question the point. Fuck, no cigarette you have ever encountered smells as bad as those coming out of this person. Mentioned I've always hated cigarettes, but this person has somehow managed to ruin them for me.

If you are a smoker, be considerate. Try your best to quit, but for your own sake. Kids, don't ever start (and btw, wtf? Gtfo. Go jerk off to a Sears catolouge or shit, geez).
Just try not to be a disgusting slob in general. If people have to hold their breath and walk sideways to pass you in a hallway, take note. Never divulge uncomfortable and graphic personal details to people trying their best not to hate you. You're not five, that voice is not cute. No, I don't want a microwaved hot dog. Tuck in your fucking shirt. Arglblarglarghhh...

Two quick notes on two full-colour four page stories.

First, Uglicus sent me a translation for Yui Haga's 'Petit Devil'. I could do this story in about half an hour, but these scans... Please, if you have some better scans of this gimmie. I've exhausted my usual research methods (pant.su, google, tineye) but you guys can help me out, yes? Shame to have her in this state.
Edit: Don't go nuts with the searching or shit, but if you know where it's from or got better, let me know.

Second, found some tank scans and a fourth page for that Toshiki Yui story. This is apparently the most popular page on the blog? Didn't set out to look for it, just dicking about on the internet.

Yeah, I didn't know either. This story, so fuckin' cute. You want to read this.
Guy's been enlisted to tutor his boss's daughter, they have sex in her room. Then on the beach. And in a library. And again in a hospital bed (there doesn't seem to be much reason for him to be admitted to a hospital other than to yet again get it on public, but whatever). Not much else going on, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, eh?

There is some mild foot/stocking fetishism here, and a clear public sex theme. There's a lot of care put into the girl's clothes and she's never completely nude but I don't know if that's really fetish-y. Clothes are hot.
No 'tan lines' tag. (lol)

Hayamo's doing the rest of this tank, and there is already a nice cosplay-themed story arc finished. He and Yeller are trying hard to track down some Aoyama Reo doujins, two done so far, but they're father/daughter so no interest to me.

'To Aru Pantsu no Railgun' by Werk

I don't know this developer, or the world of Japanese doujin games, but I think I do know a little something about what kicks ass.

Here is a fine little Mega Man-style game consisting of a series of boss fights with some familiar characters from a Certain Scientific Railgun. The story is much better than it really needs to be; a lovely tale of love between friends, love between sisters, love between lovers, love of panty theft. Yes, there are far two few game centred around panty theft; indeed, this is the first I've seen where your level of missing panties directly affects your mobility. How far we have come since the days of the NES! Not to mention the beautiful sprite work here. I am especially fond of Saten's 'groper stance'.

I did have some issues with sluggish cutscenes, and having grown up on Mega Man the game was a breeze but Misaka's not-being-Mega-Man made the controls a bit of an adjustment. Biggest problem with the game is just that I want more of it.

These are just the files I found on the web. Windows only, far as I know. Had to mount that .iso, guessed my way through the Japanese installation, patched, on Windows7 I had to set it to XP compatibility mode and 'disable desktop composition'. No joystick/controller support (that I know of), but JoyToKey's a pretty handy program.

'Lovable' by Naoshi Onizuka, translated by grizzled vet Sayo (dude been translating since I was on dialup and in diapers that time I had that thing with my bladder four years back).

This is, quite simply, the best-named tankobon I've ever read.
It would be a good idea to point out some of the better chapters but all the chapters here have their own magic about them. Even the 'magical girl' chapter, sorta. Wonderful stuff, lovable. If you're at all into the loli you should have read this by now.

There is though that one 'magical girl' chapter, the reason the book has been left unfinished for the past few months it seems. That chapter is not especially lovable, no. Rather gross tentacle rape, some cartoon violence, and 'cum inflation'. Still, it's done in a light-hearted humorous tone and I found myself liking it despite the total not-hawtness.
Other than that it's all the usual sort of stuff. Maybe it's just me but there seemed to be a higher than average amount of the 'oh my god i can't believe i'm fucking a X year old Yth grader Yth graders in the Xth year of their life are so Z' but it's mostly just me not into that.
And in one chapter alcohol plays a pivotal role but that was hilarious.

There is a fair bit of Naoshi Onizuka translated, only a couple mild bummer chapters here and there, lots of magical love gold. But you guys know all this, right?

'I Wish I Met You at Night' by Araki Akira

Pretty straightforward story tonight. Girl is hanging out late because her mom is 'entertaining', runs into an old teacher and they decide to kill some time by having sex right there on the park bench they happen to be sitting on.

There is a pretty weird element to this story; he was her kindergarten teacher. There are a couple flashbacks, and a few other kinders. No sex in these scenes. No. There is a kiss and some marriage proposals but I don't believe these are intended to be erotic.
Edit: Perhaps I should also note it is implied she has learned about sex from watching her promiscuous mother, which normally I'd find crazy fuckin' hawt but the situation seems kinda awkward, so yeah. One line of dialogue relating to that, no big thing.

This is some very fine stuff, a Touma x Misaka-Imouto doujin with a couple levels of diabolicute in there.

If you're unfamiliar with the source material, some of it may be kind of confusing. Think the only thing I'd have to point out ahead of time is that yeah, she is supposed to talk like that, Uglicus has not suffered any head trauma that I know of.
Wouldn't bother with the loli tag if I didn't know how old she was supposed to be, biologically...

If you are unfamiliar with the source material, check it out. 'Index' was pretty alright, some horrible bits here and there (the worst involving our heroine : { ), mostly nonsensical.

I fucking love 'Railgun', and I fucking hate anime btw. Oh my God, from the theme song, the villains (Eyebrow Chick!), the boss fights, to whatever the fuck this is (mild wardrobe spoiler). Hell yeah.

I mean, it's still far from perfect. Again rather nonsensical, though pseudo-scientific nonsense instead of strait-up nonsense. Some brief scenes of pretty nasty violence against schoolgirls, though they're mostly patched up pretty quick and largely that much more badass for it (especially the non-superhuman girl in the first episode, fuck).
The main villains are painfully obvious and hot; I was so sad when villainB turned out to be yes batshit crazy evil. *sigh* I still love villainA. Massive Final Ep Spoiler: Goddamn Birthday Blimp. : D

Hands down, my favourite anime of this year of the two animes I watched this year. 'cause Avatar don't count.

This story's funny. It's also pretty hot; another of the boobie genre. Fine story all around, apart from some not-too-good scans...
I bring it to your attention, though, for two reasons in particular:

Ero-Otoko's spectacular warning page. I consider myself a cautionary connoisseur, and that is fine work.
Our heroine's use of condoms.

Now I must reassure you, she doesn't have sex with her son. Nope. There were a few moments of creepiness (and he calls her 'auntie') but there's no incest here. Just for laughs. Dude's pretty shota though, for real this time, and much moreso on one sexless page. That'd be so creepy if she were a guy.

I don't initially recognize this artist, but checkin' stuff out brings up familiar titles 'Oh! Imoto' and 'Shinkon Shimai' which were pretty good too. Though I lost the last chapter or two of 'Shinkon Shimai'... will finish someday.

Buddding/curious translators and/or editors might also want to check out Ero-Otoko's bigger newer editing/translationing/decensoring guide. Very well done, some very good advice. And I've got to look up a few of those example pics sometime...

So, right in the middle of 'Anipyu!' let's have a look at 'Right in the Middle of a Feast'. If you've read this before, you're going to want to read it again. If you haven't read it yet... well...

Uglicus had nothing to do with this one bwahaha I don't need him anymore, Brolen translated and edited it a while back when there was only the horrible magazine scans available. I found the tankobon a few months ago, and swore to one day right this wrong. Somewhat; they're still less than perfect, but a massive improvement. I'll post a comparison shot after the jump.

So, story seems to be about the Rock Paper Scissors Grand Champion of All Time and a few lovely lady friends. Characters are from the book 'Enn' (I guess that translates to 'Feast'?), which has not been translated nor have I found a scan of this 'new version'...

Loli/shota tags are very debatable here, don't believe anyone will mind. Certainly no one following this blog.
Not much yuri. Lots of orgy, which is small but very respectable.

They could be the original drawings, or the artist's original concepts (I don't want suggest the artist's skill as a limiting factor, because she (?) did spiffy... as I understand it a proper artist can never be satisfied with their stuff). Is your display flawless? Any glasses/contacts/corneas free of dirt, smudge, scratches? Are you devoting the proper attention and time to take it all in? You sure your brain processing the images correctly? I don't mean to bitch about all this stuff, and if some of it sounds critical I swear it's not. I don't know how regular a 'feature' this will be, I'm reading far too little dirty mangoes these days due to all the editing. This one, and another I'm thinking of, I read years ago but I find myself coming back to them instead of the new stuff. I suck.

'Witchcraft' by Yamatogawa, YQII there can handle the crediting.

I love this story. Kinda weird, bit of an adventure. Don't want to give too much away, but I suppose you could assume it involves witchcraft of some kind.
Great characters. There's Kagami Kyoko, the cool fortune-teller. Her rival Saionji Sara (Sara Saionji? I dunno lol) who's got 'really pretty eyes'. Then there's Miki Megumi, idol schoolgirl with an inexplicable crush on the protagonist that's quite explicable.
Less important's the guy, who's a bit of your typical 'mobile harem generator', and the villain who is not very appealing after her first appearance (that's a double entendre but not a hot one).

There's stuff in there I'm really not a fan of, but the awesome completely overpowers it. There's a lot of rape in there, sometimes with neither party's consent. It's not unpleasant, they're enjoying themselves. There's even an apparent attempted murder-by-hypno-rape, but that's of questionable plausibility and intent. She gets in in the end, and I mean that in the best/filthiest/light-heartedest way possible.
When the loli showed up, I knew she was growing a dick at some point. First page she's on, I knew. Then she's parading around with her clit-dick flopping about for several chapters; reading the story as it first came out this went on for months.

Eventually, the day is saved with the power of love/telepathic one-man orgy, so that's a pretty good ending yeah.

As for what version to read, there's debate. And it seems Vaizard is working on decensoring this tankobon version, as well as darkening Sara's skin. I've already read the magazine scans, and censoring doesn't bother me so much, so the one posted on YQII's site's good for me for now.

Yamatogawa is, in general, pretty fucking great.
Tayu Tayu's a very close second; has a nice 'sisters' theme going on. Even a (too) brief bit of twincest by necessity. Yes. Looking just at the subject matters, I should prefer this to Witchcraft. May be that Witchcraft just got to me first.
Aqua Bless, an anthology, has the rare distinction of your being able to buy it, all uncensored and Englished and on paper. Crazy surreal, but easily worth your money if you've read this far.
Taihen Yoku Dekimashita?, another anthology, I've still not read the whole thing : | . I almost edited a chapter of this Uglicus had translated, but it turns out YQII had just translated it and Vaizard was already in the process of re-editing and decensored the entirety of the book (which is done now, see link). What I have read was pretty good, though there are a few pages of smoking and that's just profoundly unappealing to me for personal reasons...

Power Play is the latest. The prologue's a bit... weird, though the following two chapters were gold. Features your favourite Witchcraft character, if she's Sara , playing a sparrow for some reason. A very sexy sparrow, if I may say so myself. Chapter one, after the prologue, contains the most adorable rape ever.
Only the three chapters so far, but I got high hopes.

In summation, yay for Yamatogawa.

Looks like the 'blurred' image (I'm gonna call it 'filtered' from now on, sounds less retarded though more deceptive?) has lost it's brief favour. Should be noted these examples are extremes, done on an empty stomach, the pages I got ready now are only half as severe. I'm still leaning towards the 'filtered' pics, seem to be doing more good than harm, anyway.

I wonder who's on the phone? Don't spoil it on me Uglicus, I still haven't started reading. I hope it's her mom, I'm freaky/creepy like that...

Okay, I'm back and I'm fed. I can just do two versions, easy enough. I can see how it looks when it's finished, and how many downloads either version gets. Then I can decide whether or not it was a bad idea. Food is good for thought, eh?

On the left is the original, feels kind of 'harsh'? Center is darkened a bit, maybe too much. On the right, I blurred the image and superimposed the original over it, erasing the blurred layer in certain spots like the dude's hair and the girl's eyes.

I'm concerned about altering the artwork too much, but what I'm hoping to do here is compensate for the printing and the scanning. A more dramatic/less relevant example.
I was thinking I preferred the blurred image, the textures are certainly improved but the lines are, well, blurred. That too's an improvement in some places. Now I'm not so sure, so fuck it, here we are.
I will get to some real editing tonight, gotta step out for a few hours first. ~~Think I'll skip ahead to 'Bukabuka' since I'm posting this. Whatever I, or you, decide upon won't take much longer to do, but I probably should know what I'm doing before I start.~~

So Uglicus has been trying to get me to watch some Japanese cartoon, and I'm two episodes in

I know that's not so uncommon a thing, but it got me thinking of a game where the ultimate goal is to kill Jesus. Obviously there is more to it than that, and it's not some teen-angsty bullshit thing, but you do end the game by shooting him in the eye a whole bunch. That's the kind of shooting people in the eye I can get behind.

This game happens to be the best game ever.

Believe I'm selling it wrong by bringing up the 'kill Jesus' thing first. It's a sorta but not really at all Jesus; a failed, mad Jesus. Even though the picture at right just happens to depict killer cherubs. Wholly coincidental, the game really isn't about that. It's about one man, singlehandedly over five years making a kick-ass side scrolling action platformer.

Maybe you're sick of the retro nostalgia pixels-are-kewlz thing, but shut the hell up. This shit is breathtaking. They're not little low-rez sprites because the game's cashing in on a fad, a guy did this. One guy. He did the art. He wrote the music, he wrote the words, that's Pixel's game*.

Oh, and uh, yeah, pixels are cool...

Game plays delicious. Our protagonist there (dude to the right with the fine robot ass in his face) moves through the world as if it were drowned in the sweetest of syrups. There are a few ways to enhance your mobility including the greatest machine gun of all time. Yeah, that's what I said.
Nice load of weapons, genuinely varied. You can go from firing rubber goddamn duckies at your foe to unloading a torrent of fucken rockets point blank into his eye socket and that feels every bit as satisfying as it sounds.

Music has the same best-SNES-game-evar feel as the graphics, in that it's pushed further than that machine could ever go but stopping short of the years of bland disk-based shit (I'm being harsh here, I know) that were to follow. Oh and crude untextured polygons.
Simple, but catchy, and emotional when it wants to be. Maybe not topping a Mega Man game in it's prime (2), but certainly broader than 'kill robots for two hours'.

There are a few dick moves in there where your first time through you will probably get a few people killed, who didn't need to die, (goddamnit Pixel why couldn't I pick up the tow-rope after the battle whhyyyyyyh), horribly counter intuitive. But when you stop to pick up that tow-rope and leave Booster to die thereby forcing him to survive and build you a better jetpack then postpone your escape from the falling skyland to check out that hut for any suspicious portals to hell you're rewarded with the most adrenaline-charged you-against-the-world first/best/only-friend-and-hot-robot-chick literally strapped-to-your-fucking-back-guns-ablaze VIDEO GAME GLORY.

It's then and only then they spring the 'kill Jesus' thing I mentioned at the start on you.

You've no reason not to play this game. It's PC freeware, great English translation (far as I know). Very fine PSP port if you've got your's hacked. WiiWare enhanced port finally came out for something like ten dollars, though unfortunately I bent my Wii and have not tried it. : (

I worry I fucked something up here. Didn't have Uglicus check it this second time... it could only be a little graphical thing at worst. Probably.
Wasn't as meticulous with the cleaning this time around, last time I was horrified I'd erase something that was supposed to be there. Part of it was I'm more familiar with this cleaning trick thing, but part of it was really fucking stupid; same stupid reason I started in on oShikko Shitai before this one was asked about. I happened across some of Rei Hidiri's nasty-ass rape stuff. Which is nasty. It was far from the worst rape stuff I've seen, but it was also pretty fucking far from the happiest of rapes. So I didn't much feel like editing this so soon.

There is one in Ero Suke, source of this story, which I flipped through after I finished this the first time. I don't think it had any text, and I would have been glad to do some editing, slap my name on there and throw it in. But it was about an angel getting raped and eaten by monsters or something. A bit gross. Though in the end she punches her way out of a stomach, and now has six wings; that's the powerfullest kind of angel. So kinda happy ending I guess? Shit. I don't know what the fuck was going on, and wasn't interested in taking a closer look.
Those other things weren't so kinda happy ending, though no one got eaten, s'true... Ultimately, I 'aint the biggest Hidiri Rei fan right now.

So, who's hyped for E3? I remember for years (before internets) I'd be going nuts with anticipation, watching the fucking mailbox for magazines to arrive a month later and tell me all about it. This comic sees our protagonists gathering important statistics, and being very thorough about it. Absolute professionals here.
We have some funny stories on this site, but this is the first one that's had me actually laughing out loud in multiple instances. Every time I've 'lol'ed previously has been ironic. Hope I'm not overselling it here, just stating facts.

Some of it's kind of gross, see tags. And maybe wikipedia. I've seen far worse examples of each, it's not so bad. Even the fat guy's drawn kind of cutesy, and he keeps his shirt on. There wasn't much visible smegma, and you can't smell through the computer. There is one line of pregnancy dirty-talk, I won't tag that (did I tag it for GIRLzH(2)?). This is probably my favorite story on the site, and easily the one I hate the most. I did it, then I went through again adjusting the fonts. Then after chapter two was done, I un-adjusted the fonts and the stupid contrast. Starting the blog, I swore to try to to fix the awful jpeg artifacts. A few weeks later it's done.
Not all the artifacts are gone, and there was a bit of damage to the original image, but I do believe it looks much much better.

Story, just look at that pic. Guy plays video games with his hot, bespectacled neighbour. What more do you need? There is some more to be seen. Then there is a second chapter that multiplies the hotness coming when I can manage.

How I, who do the tagging, define the labels.

Next release has a tag (or label) that took me a while to phrase properly. Still not satisfied. It has inspired this fun little idea (fun for me anyway), which may help you better understand what to expect in these stories.
It seems stupid, newbish, but everyone's standards are different and I hate when... they are.
I will have to throw in a kick-ass picture so that valuable top-of-the-page real estate is not wasted...

Anal: Dick goes in the butt. Fingers don't count. Toys, if it's a focus, maybe.

Bath: Sexin' in the bathroom/tub/shower. Always fun, easy clean up.

Boobs: This one should be easy. I added a boobs tag because of the high loli ratio, and just because 'boobs' is an awesome word.

Hooray! This is where I started editing. Everything I have left to post is stuff I've edited; the second part of Imouto Sitter came out later than this but I included it with the first. (I know no one cares, yeah)
I've just re-done all of those crappy sound effects, and dialed back my dumbass contrast adjustment. I noticed after all was done that this means the top half is a bit too dark and... damnit. Still looks all half assed and noobish, though worth another look.

Story. Promiscuous lesbian sets her sights on a student from another class, everyone learns a little bit about themselves. And the lesbian learns something pretty big about the other student. *cough*
