But barely. She's got a healthy set of boobs and EYEBROWS... Though really, if you're still watching this site and you're not into loli... sincerest apologies. Complete story too, for our patient or later readers. Here I went back to the first chapter to save as not-so-much-bigger .pngs, and ended up tweaking a few things. Mostly those weird 'streaks'. Threw in Oliver's decensorings... fuck, if only all editing was as joyful as pasting in someone else's work wtf all of this is other people's work? If you haven't read the first yet get this one, it's a tiny bit better. |

Wasn't as meticulous with the cleaning this time around, last time I was horrified I'd erase something that was supposed to be there. Part of it was I'm more familiar with this cleaning trick thing, but part of it was really fucking stupid; same stupid reason I started in on oShikko Shitai before this one was asked about. I happened across some of Rei Hidiri's nasty-ass rape stuff. Which is nasty. It was far from the worst rape stuff I've seen, but it was also pretty fucking far from the happiest of rapes. So I didn't much feel like editing this so soon.
There is one in Ero Suke, source of this story, which I flipped through after I finished this the first time. I don't think it had any text, and I would have been glad to do some editing, slap my name on there and throw it in. But it was about an angel getting raped and eaten by monsters or something. A bit gross. Though in the end she punches her way out of a stomach, and now has six wings; that's the powerfullest kind of angel. So kinda happy ending I guess? Shit. I don't know what the fuck was going on, and wasn't interested in taking a closer look.
Those other things weren't so kinda happy ending, though no one got eaten, s'true... Ultimately, I 'aint the biggest Hidiri Rei fan right now.

ReplyDeleteThis stuff is relaxation, in the end. I do push myself, and stress out on it, but it's easy enough to complete and doing so feels great. I can see real results, unlike some of the other stuff people pay me to do.
Bitching about it afterwards is part of the fun!

ReplyDeleteHidiri Rei is an excellent artist, it really is a shame that he does a lot of visceral rape. But he has done some lighter stories, like Child Max, Daisuki*Oniichan, and another one which hasn't been translated yet from LO vol.74, which are some of my personal favorites.
It's almost defensible... like it's a condemnation of rape instead of a sugar coating or glorification like so much other stuff. What I remember of 'Angel Gettin' Eaten' certainly looks like a story about a woman overcoming a rape and growing stronger because of it. Or shit, I don't remember.

Did have a look at your suggestion, though most of it didn't appeal to me. Bath chapter looked pretty good. I don't want to speak for Uglicus even though that's kinda exactly what I'm doing, but I don't think he's into much of that stuff either.
